Here are some all time fan favorite recipes for your Power For Life smoothies that you and your family will enjoy.Any liquid of your choice can be used…however, (please do not use any liquid that is hot.)  Everyone has unique taste buds and different flavors and pairings they favor. Try these favorites or mix and match your own.

SUGGESTED LIQUIDS:

Water, Coconut water or milk, Almond milk

Fresh squeezed Juices such as Orange or Grapefruit

Your favorite bottled juice, (ie, pineapple, apple, etc.)

Juices such as Cranberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Blackberry, Strawberry will turn the Power for Life a lovey shade of purple or deep red. For kids or anyone who doesn’t like the color GREEN… this blend is great for them.

FLAVOR VARIETY:

Cinnamon, Vanilla, Cocoa Powder, Mint, Ginger, frozen or fresh fruits of any kind.

EXTRA PROTEIN:

Almond, Peanut or Cashew Butter, Whole Almonds or Cashews, 1 raw egg including the yolk, ½ cup Greek Yogurt
